Max Watches Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions which shall prevail over any other terms from the party (the customer) with whom Max Watches is dealing.

 

Ordering

 

Orders can be made online via our web site or e mail, by fax, by letter, or by telephone.

For security reasons, only UK customers may use the online credit payment method. 

 

Payment

 

Payment is acceptable by any of the following methods:

By credit card online, by credit card by telephone, fax, or letter.

By cheque, postal order, or bankers draft.

By cash paid into our Barclays Bank account.

By telegraphic transfer to our bank account.

 

Delivery

 

All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. Max Watches does not accept claims for shortages or breakages unless informed in writing within 3 working days of receipt. 

Title to goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full. In the case of online credit card purchase, Max Watches can only deliver to the cardholders registered address, details of which are verified prior to shipping for your total security.

The rates for postage and packing include insurance and are valid for the UK only. Overseas customers should email Max Watches for a separate quote for shipping.

 

 

Guarantees

All our sample and trader packs have a 30 day money back guarantee (subject to an 8% handling charge). Packs must be returned complete and in good saleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Returns

Returns are only accepted with Max Watches prior written agreement and goods must be unused, undamaged, and fully marketable (subject to an 8% handling charge).

 

Privacy and Data Protection Act

 

Your privacy is important to us. Any data collected by us in order to process your order will NOT be passed to any third party organisation. Online credit transactions are carried out via our own PDQ machine under "Cardholder Not Present" rules giving you, the customer, the maximum amount of protection against online fraud.

 

 

Liability

Max Watches shall not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or losses however caused.

 

 

General

 

If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
